A permanent surveillance of sales: You may pay on line in total security by giving the number and expiry date of your credit or debit card. The server will verify the validity of your card, and if your secure payment is accepted, the server will debit your card account at the moment of the transaction.

On receipt of you order, we will verify the availability of product(s) ordered, and send you a receipt by email in confirmation. In the case of unavailability, we will inform you by email to make arrangements to fulfil your order.

EXCHANGE & REFUND:

All transactions between Stud Innovation and its clients which remain uncontested within 7 (seven) business days of the transaction are not valid for refund or exchange.

In the case of error, all clients have the 7 (seven) consecutive days following receipt of the order to return, at their own cost, the merchandise for an exchange. To be valid for exchange, the client must contact Customer Service to receive a Returns Code which should be noted on the Purchase Invoice ( received by email following the original order ) and returned with the merchandise in its original packaging received.
