Standard Delivery is Registred Post, DHL, UPS.

Delivery may take between 2 or 8 working days ( depending on availability of stock ) from the date of email confirmation of your order by the Sales Department. This email will confirm and validate your order ( receipt and your purchase invoice ). Normal delivery times depend upon the recipients' address and the availability of the item; any delay in delivery will not cancellation of order and does not confer any right to reduction in purchase price, nor modify the general conditions of use and sale.

Stud Innovation reserves the right to modify and change the delivery methods due to delay, weight and value of the order. The selection of delivery method by Stud Innovation does not in any way redeem the purchaser from paying the delivery charges, calculated in function with the transporters and country of delivery.

Risks associated with transport are the purchaser's responsability on condition that the purchaser verifies the merchandise on the delivery and makes any appeals within 48 hours of delivery. In the case where the purchaser makes a claim, the purchaser must confirm with the transporters in writing within three days following receipt of the goods, sending a copy to Stud Innovation. In the case of goods lost in transport, the delay in delivery depends upon the transport used and may take between one and three weeks.
